Profile Description

I am a graduate of BS in Computer Science last 2006, after i graduated, i worked right away in a BPO industry, first as a telemarketer then Email specialist, Customer Service Representative, Technical Support and I also handled health care accounts ( inbound representative for physician billing office and also doing back office task for medical billing collection department) all based in US and Canada. I have been in a call center industry for almost ten years.
I am fluent in English communication skills both verbal and written. 
i am expert and well trained in handling customers. I know how to deal with their different personalities and pacify difficult customers. I am kind, patient and very polite in conversing with them. I always received 100 VOC ( voice of the customer) score from my customers.
I am also good in typing and doing research. I know MS office very well and very familiar with internet and latest technologies.
I am a fast learner and friendly. When it comes to my job, i am very responsible and dedicated.
