Profile Description

I am currently employed as a part-time Virtual English Teacher at Berlitz Virtual Classroom Europe and work as a freelance Online ESL Tutor for private students.
I've worked as an Admin for a start-up Korean Online English School, where I was mainly responsible for recruitment, training, quality assurance and supervision. I also have VA experience for clients in the ESL education field, where I was mainly responsible for data entry, ad posting, email and chat support. I'm proficient in using MS Office, Google Docs, Gmail, Skype and Adobe Connect. I've also worked with Excel for creating invoice sent to private students. I do a lot of research since I need several resources for my lesson plans. Having worked in a BPO, I have a background in Telemarketing, Customer Service and Tech Support as well. I am self-motivated and can work with less supervision. I definitely want a long-term, stable job where I can grow with the company.
