Assists customers needs / inquiries / complaints thru multi tasking, handling computer & calls at the same time;
• Provides customer service through telephone. Accepts inbound calls
• Provides excellent customer service to customers by timely response, accurate information, proactive assistance and timely information processing
• Utilize knowledge and system resources to walkthrough customer and verify symptoms and issues
• Individual transaction management based on client agreement
• Complete and accurate processing of transaction handled
• Escalates technical or non-technical problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot to proper escalation channel
• Adheres to client’s defined processes and procedures and company policies
• Walking thru the customer using the basic troubleshooting steps.
• Provide quality customer service on every call.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

• Manage length of calls.
• Handles administrative work of the department such as basic bookkeeping, filing documents;
• Handle & safeguard all aspects of confidentiality in the office (messages, phone calls & data on files & cases); Assists in facilitating inter-office communications;
• Receive visitors and walk-in inquiries; Handle telephone communication; Maintain office equipment & facilities;
• Maintain high level of accuracy/confidentiality concerning financial, grading sheets, exams & employee files;
• Assist in the distribution of department’s material (newsletters/brochures)
• Assist in the dispatch of department’s related mail; Assist in the liaison with Ateneo Offices; Compile receipts & reports;
• Photocopy important office documents & maintain confidentiality such as grading sheet, exams, memorandums, other financial documents/requisitions;
• Circulate documents for signature; Provides secretarial support at all times;
