Profile Description

My experience, training, and skills revolve around the BPO/call center industry in the Philippines. Within 10 years, I have been rotated in different fields handling Quality, Vendor Management, Customer Service, and Operations. My last job was a senior post in the largest background screening company, handling their operations with a total of 200 full time employees. My English communication skills are excellent as I was the one who certified voice agents before they can take actual calls from clients. I am a graduate of Computer Science and I am green belt certified for Six Sigma.
Currently, I am a full time mom looking for a job online but if there is an option to work in an office, that will also do. I love writing and blogging but never had the time to setup my own blog site my former jobs for 10 years required me to work night shifts so I channel my writing to Facebook, describing photos or albums with creative words. I also love to write travel reviews. I am a senior contributor in TripAdvisor since I love to travel and try different cuisines.
I can speak English and Filipino fluently while my Chinese verbal skill is average. I am a perfectionist when it comes to the job. Some say I'm quite the obsessive compulsive which I took as a compliment since I know that I am organized. I am very process-oriented but goal-driven. I set higher standards than the client's for me to be able to deliver above and beyond expectation.
