Hi Client,
Below are my experiences as a Data Entry Specialist.
*I have been in a BPO Company, and was under Service Contract Management. I have learned on how to enter product numbers, serial numbers and contract numbers, following our clients record. We provide them services as per their query as to when their contract ends (with the products they purchase from Cisco), and if they want to terminate such. I have also learned on how to handle emails and calls. I email clients from various people around the world namely in Asia, Europe and America. I also follow their time frame as the time differ from country to country. I also send our clients emails, regarding on the status of the contract they are asking.
*I also worked in an online job before, wherein in lasted for 2 years. It was a new website of movies, wherein I was asked to choose the best image for each celebrity out of thousands of images. I have also done research for 12 hours a day, wherein I have searched famous movies of a hollywood actor/actress. I have also learned to write 2 paragraph for each movie, a brief summary for each.
*I also have an experience working in a company in Australia, and processed images wherein I have to enter each images to their respective place. There are 250 to 300 images a day.
*I have experience in booking, like what Airlines do to their customer, but the only difference with mine, was that it was a pick up from a carrier that needs to be booked for the desired pick up date, provided to where it will be picked up, and to where it will be delivered depending also to the accounts, and quotes sent by the company.
*I am willing to learn more, I am not afraid to try new things and my goal is to satisfy my clients with quality-work.
