Profile Description

In my four years experience as a call center agent and as a Real Estate broker for three years now, I learned to provide the highest quality support to customers. To accomplish this, I  need to be able to learn and memorize a good amount of information about the account I'm handling with.  I have also learned to juggle multiple tasks at once (i.e., checking the knowledge base, updating the CRM and taking notes in my helpdesk), all while attending to the customer’s needs. Staying organized helped me reduce errors during this process, ensuring that I am completing work efficiently as well as address customer needs more effectively. Not to mention, I am a graduate of B.S. Information Management which thoroughly trained me to different MS Office applications and programming. I also have a background in Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing from my experiences as a Search Engine Evaluator and Social Media Evaluator with companies like Leapforce and Appen.
