Within my 6 years of experience, I have acquired skills that are needed in the business: 
• Technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues for Windows and Mac.
• Ability to maintain customer satisfaction within established service level agreements(SLA).
• Working with field-engineers if the problem/issue is more serious.
• Collaborating with a wide range of specialist groups to facilitate fast resolution of highly critical technical issues.
• Proficient with the use of enterprise level software for CRM and customer services like Siebel, VOIP, AVAYA, NICE QA, and Zendesk.
Art and creativity also played a major role in enhancing my skills. With a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, I have assisted with space planning and layout both for residential and commercial areas. It's not just being a good listener to what a client wants but also being a keen observer to details and functions. A good interior design should also help with the well-being of a person, and this should be part of the purpose when designing a space.
