Profile Description

I have worked as a call center agent for 2 years, and has been an administration staff/customer support representative for an Australian training organization for more than a year. Just previously, I worked as a Virtual Assistant under Elite Philippines, where the above mentioned training organization was connected. I am very much willing to work as a Virtual Assistant, as I believe I will be able to discover new things, and knowledge that I haven't learned yet. Further to this, I am familiar with different soft wares that are usually used for this line of work. Like, Google Docs, File Management such as Dropbox, both Word and Excel and some other softwares. With my previous jobs, I am able to work under pressure and less supervision as well. I can also easily adapt in working as a team.
