Profile Description

As a Virttual Assistant, I have handled and managed emails for the company. I am also responsible for minor web researches. I also prepare business product presentations for clients through Power point. I help in outsourcing manpower by job post and pre screening applicants.
As a Web Researcher, I am responsible in searching US businesses contact information. This also include entering them into the company's system database.
As a Data Entry Staff, I am responsible in entering product details into Magento and Opencart for an online shop. This includes assuring the details and images are good quality. I also have to edit the photos through Pixlr.com or Photoshop to maintain standardized Picture Size and Resolution.
As a Sales Support Agent, I am responsible in assisting clients via email and Live Chat. I have to answer their queries regarding the store products and their order status. This position also includes processing orders with the suppliers. I contact suppliers through email, Ebay and Dhgate. I negotiate with them if there are some issues regarding the product quality and delivery delays. I am also responsible in updating the store database so that other team members will be well informed on the progress of all transactions within the company.
