I've been in BPO industry for 2 years now but recently decided to resign because I want to work at home so that I could spend more time with my family. I have been a Customer Service Rep for just 3 months and Technical Support Rep for more than 1 year and 9 months.I can say I am good with technical issues. I've worked for some of the well known Internet and cable providers based on USA and a well known shopping store in Canada. I was one of the top agent in my previous company for 9 consecutive months. Most of my customer is giving me a positive and recommendable feedback in which I was trained for. I don't have any issues with time management and schedules when it comes to work. I don't any issues with co workers or even the environment cause I am flexible and jolly. I can easily adopt the work environment in a short span of time.
