Profile Description

My experiences made me become a strategic-thinker, result-oriented, high-performer and enthusiastic professional in nutrition-oriented and development-oriented programs, and nutrition researches. As a researcher,
I assisted in the conceptualization and designing of training manuals for an improved management of nutrition programs and strategic plan to operationalize the capacity development framework for nutrition. Along with the capacity development framework was the proposal of nutrition indicators for monitoring and evaluation of nutrition programs. In addition, I am skilled in doing research studies and technical papers. These experiences made me obtain knowledge and improve skills in technical and research writing. In addition, these projects conducted trainings and workshops to different nutrition- and development-oriented stakeholders where I have proven my capacities to work with challenging situations, thus have provided me with high level of service to stakeholders, and help built relationships with them.
As a self-motivated professional in assisting multiple projects simultaneously along with administrative works, I am experienced in communicating deadlines, tracking details, and following-up with external partner to ensure on-time completion of projects within budget.
Similarly, my overall work experience has made me capable enough to handle any assigned or any administrative works.
During my graduate studies, I conducted my own research studies which focused on the multidisciplinary roles of health and nutrition to overall well-being and how the government addressed these concerns. These studies have increased my skills and knowledge in planning, designing, and implementation of community surveys and research studies; analysis and verification of results; preparation of reports; social statistics; program development management; and public policy and program administration. In conducting researches, I am experienced at managing activities from planning through completion. I am skilled at assessing the needs, decision-making, and implementing solutions in coordination with the subjects/stakeholders in addition to enhancing internal member development, team effectiveness and leadership.
As a team leader, I have proven my expertise in establishing rapport and building trust from people with different backgrounds.
