Profile Description

I am a Psychology graduate and my first exposure was with Human Resources Management specifically Recruitment where I do the end to process in hiring applicants from entry level to managerial positions, part of it was posting our job opportunities to different job sites.
From my on the job training to present, I have a total of more than 2 years of experience in recruitment most of the vacancies I was able to fill in was with IT and Customer Service, I also was able to hire production workers, travel and sales agents as well. After my HR job, I get involved with a travel company where I handled Admin and Reservations, supervisory level, part of it is still recruitment of travel agents for us to generate more sales.
Outlined below are the summary of my HR work related experiences both for a manufacturing company and an IT company:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
- Updating company vacancies in different recruitment sites
- Processing regularization of employees
- Doing background investigation for applicants and employees for promotion
- Assisting enrollment and claims of employeesâ?? loans and benefits
- Checking attendance forms and biometrics
- Updating employee record using Oracle
- Filing of 201 file
- Performing other clerical works in HR and Admin Department.
