Profile Description
By academic training, I am a Marketing major.
I used t work in a bank handling over the counter transactions and eventually becoming a Marketing Associate.
I left the banking industry and moved to the BPO industry where I started as a call center agent and eventually becoming a Program Manager handling close to 500 hundred agents, supervisors, managers, trainers, quality analysts, work force analysts, etc.
I work with minimum supervision and I can deliver performance as well as push people to deliver as well.
I have since decided to go on hiatus from corporate employment for personal reasons.
My corporate experience has honed many skills especially in managing people, corporate communication, multitasking, and basically being a jack of all trades.
