Medical transcription, also known as MT, is an allied health profession, which deals in the process of transcription, or converting voice-recorded reports as dictated by physicians or other healthcare professionals, into text format.
For four years now, I've been into this BPO industry wherein I am also an off-edit MT.
Off-edit Mt--meaning I can do specified jobs/transcriptions even without having a QA and/or Editor to revise, review, or reappraise.
I specialize
mainly on psychiatric discharge summaries, progress notes, H&P evaluation, ECT consultation, etc.
Other than that, I know I can be trained and get used to other accounts such as medical, operative, etc.
I am a perfectionist and I always do it on time, so you can trust me.
