Profile Description

I am working as an Administrative Assistant at a Non Government Organization at University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City for about ten years. As a partner organization of the Philippines National University, tough work loads and daily pressures coming everyday.As the only admin staff in our office, I do multi-tasking jobs. As a Front desk officer;Entertains inquiries and concerns regarding employees issues, receives incoming communications, releases outgoing communications,
receives phone calls and coordinates information to concern officers with regards to meetings and training. I also book plane tickets for travelling officers to attend meetings and conferences, overall assistant to National Council Meetings and General Assemblies, Overall office coordinator, Records Officer and property officer, Prepare vouchers and issue checks for office payable. Knowledgeable in MS Office.
I also work as part time field researcher in a tracer study. Being a researcher, I Communicate with the Team Leader and with other members of the team, Trace beneficiaries and their families and conduct the survey/case study, Inform Team Leader about possible respondents, Obtain and document any information on whereabouts of the beneficiaries in case the latter cannot be traced, or any problems in the field (research-related), Maintain ethical standards at all times.
