Profile Description

Apart from being organized and can work with no supervision required, I already posses above average call handling skills due to my experience at Etelecare Global Solutions. A very good BPO company. I have experience in email/chat and phone support. I was trained to make frowns go upside down handling any type of customer. Aside from call center experience I also have a very good background on designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDraw. I have experienced supervising a local designing/printing business owned by my family here in my home town for almost 5 years. I have completed National Training/Seminar for Solving problems related to work activities, Lead small teams, Develop and Practice negotiation skills, and finally lead workplace communication. I am an all around worker and can be trained easily, a very resourceful employee and can work very well in a team.
