I can talk to clients/customers who are irate with a patient tone of voice and give them with a customer satisfaction they need. and i can say that i have the qualities that can be asset in this job.
First, I am someone who values time and attendance. I understand how important attendance and punctuality are to a company's revenue and productivity. So I know that being on time and present daily of an employee would mean so much in this industry.
Second, I am flexible when it comes to schedule changes. I know that there is always a chance to be placed in a night shift or day shift, either way I Would not have a problem with it.
Third, I can guarantee that if I get hired, I’ll maximize the opportunity that the company would give me by meeting the metrics and goals and developing my skills for possible promotions.
