I have been doing customer service for a voice and non-voice accounts for more than 4 years now. I have worked with US and Australian companies such as Dish Network, Samsung of America, Homejoy and Telstra Bigpond as a TSR/CSR (Phone/Live Chat/Email/SMS support). I handled all billing as well as basic and advance technical concerns.
I handled 3 customers simultaneously with only 20 seconds maximum time to reply and an Average handling time of only 12 minutes. I can type 60-70 words per minute.
I don't have an issue handling customers over a phone, live chat, email or SMS. I don't have trouble handling even the most irate customers. I have my secret formula on how diffuse a very irate customers. So you can put me on the phone, live chat, email as well as SMS posts. I also have a high CSAT and NPS scores.
