? Provides advice to Line Leaders on the conduct of administrative investigations and ensures due process is attended to.
? Attends NLRC hearings, as needed.
? Submits DOLE required reports, as needed.
? Prepares monthly reports
? Timekeeping and prepares timesheet for payroll.
? Collates DTRs, Official Business (OB) permits and Overtime (OT) Authorization forms.
? Benefits administrations
? Prepares, maintains and submits updated list of employees to the Director.

Collates SSS, BIR, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig documents for submission
? Updates employee’s information.
? Maintains an updated and systematic filing of 201 files.
? Routes clearance forms of separated employees from the branches.
? Coordinates the last pay of separated employees.
? Prepares company ID of newly hired employees.
? Prepares and prints certificate of employment of separated employees.
? Prepares the data needed and analysis for annual performance and
salary review as required.
? Prepares job offers for potential hires.
