I My job is to Evaluate Calls either live or recorded, and To-Dos of the Agents on our campaign. I also do training and refreshers. I was the only Quality Assurance Specialist ( QAS) for the entire campaign, I used to evaluate 200 calls and 300 To-Dos per month. In addition at the end of every month I do coaching for the betterment of the agents who fails to pass the evaluation. Moreover my job is to make sure that the Agents and the entire campaign are at par with company's/client's policies and procedures. I was acting as a bridge between the client and the campaign.
