I worked as a Customer service representative for more than 2 years. My responsibility was to answer all the customer's enquiry about the product, not just answer but make sure that I provide excellent customer service. I also need to make sure that I provide one call resolution meaning giving them all the assistance that they need so they won't have to call us back with the same concern. Currently I am working as a Technical Support, I troubleshoot phone, tv (cable), and internet service.
