I have had several work experiences. To name a few, I've worked as a Call Center Agent in Teleperformance in Ortigas and then went back here in Bicol, then became an online-line English teacher for more than 2 years and
my students were mainly Koreans. After that, I decided, to pursue my field expertise, so I've applied in an automotive industry and was tasked to head two departments namely Customer Relations Management Department and Human Resource Department of Hyundai and Mitsubishi for almost 3 years, and so with my last two job in SM and Construction Company, monitoring and assisting Management in performing human resources related activities. I bring an additional quality that makes me the best person for this job, it's my passion for excellence. I am passionately committed to producing truly class results. I want to make more of an impact than just doing my job. I don't want to blend in with the company; I would rather want my addition to improve it. One of my biggest strength is my communication skills. I work well with all kinds of people and understand that everyone has different perspectives about projects and work tasks - so when I work with others I realize that everyone comes to the table with different priorities and objectives. I keep this in mind when I communicate tasks that need to be accomplished with positive reinforcement and awareness of what others are working on. And another one is good analytic and planning skills. This has always benefited me to set goals and try to achieve them. But at the same time, I'm driven by the thoughts of success. In addition to my experience, I can offer my loyalty and honesty. I have a strong work ethic, getting the job done in a timely and correctly manner.
