I am applicable for this job because I have a BPO experience for almost 3 years. I used to work with Acer Australia that is why I am also familiar with handling Australian customers.
I work faster compared to my other colleagues because I am more organized and focused on my work.
I am also flexible, hence my superiors were confident to assign me in different departments. In Datacom ( later Convergys ) alone, I became Customer Service and Technical support frontline agent, Shipping Coordinator, Key Accounts Specialist, Cashback Agent, and eventually, Team Captain for Email Technical Support.
I am also quite ready to start my home based career as I have recently purchased a laptop (which exceeds the required specification for this job ) and a headset with a noise cancelling feature. I also upgraded my internet connection to 4mbps plan.
