I have 3 years of worth of experience in BPO industry as a Call Center Agent. I worked as a Technical Support Associate for 3 different companies. My most recent company was with Convergys, in IT Park Cebu City. I was with Convergys since September 2016 until February 2017. My contract had ended and I decided to resign as I was looking for an opportunity to work at home in any online base job. Before this, I was also worked in TELETECH, in Mandaue City, Cebu and Synnex-Concentrix, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I worked as a technical support associate with these three companies. . I was assigned in inbound calls which I handle calls for customer's concerns regarding the product I supported. With this kind of job, technical knowledge and good communication skill is required which I gradually developed for the last few years I was with BPO. Being attentive in quality and details are required in the line of my work to resolve any of the customer’s issues. These are the qualities that I already posses and I believed that it will give me an edge in the Job that I am applying. Also, I am a fast learner and I'm very much willing to undergo job-related training if necessary. I am committed and driven in any job I am assigned and I can work under pressure.
