Profile Description

Roles during Project Implementation:
• Installs Off the shelves system like Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF), Investment Management Accounts (IMA), Trust and Other Fiduciary Account (TOFA) and Mutual Fund.
• Gathers and analyzes client’s specification for customization then report the specifications to our System’s Team.
• Creates service programs for our client like converting files from their old system into our system.
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing for the clients as well as training for the users by system hands-on and walkthrough.
• Prepares User’s and Technical Manuals for the clients.
After Project Implementation Roles:
• Supports and guide Users/Clients how to use the system’s new programs and modules and its functionalities.
• Gathers and analyzes client’s specification for customization then report the specifications to our System’s Team.
• Analyzes and solve errors found in the system by our client by referring the issue to System’s Team.
