Profile Description

I work as a Business Analyst for an outsourced service order management account. I have been working with this account for almost a year now, and the work emphasis is on turning around a considerable volume in a limited amount of time, with 100% accuracy. We use multiple client tools, such as customer and product databases, ticketing tools, and a suite of the usual office tools, such as Outlook and Excel.
Prior to this, I worked with another team handling outsourced HR, Recruitment, and C&B work. The work required more extensive contact with clients and customers, but was still bound by SLAs and QA.
I work very well with accounts or businesses that entail multi-tasking, and am used to paying attention to detail while keeping the big picture in view. I am used to working with large amounts of data, and am very proficient in written and spoken English, especially as used in business communication.
I am a highly productive individual contributor, but in a team setting, I tend to take the lead and make sure that everyone puts together their strengths and support each other's weaknesses, to be able to produce high-quality work.
I manage my time at the office very well. This leaves me with free time, that I feel should go to more productive endeavors, which is why I am here looking for online jobs.
