a call center agent, I worked as an encoder for a credit card company more than 6 years ago but was able to maintain it in the BPO industry. I am currently employed as a call center agent somewhere in Pasay for more than 6 years now. I am currently looking for home base jobs as I have plans of taking a break as a call center agent after working for 6 straight years.
