-Assist the Recruitment Team with the end-to-end recruitment process.
-Post Job Openings in online job portal sites (Jobstreet), company website, and
other forms of sourcing.
-Sources and Screens potential applicants for the job vacancies.
-Conducts initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions.
-Endorse shortlisted candidates to the division managers.
-Monitors and ensures the completeness of the pre-employment requirements.
-Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database.
-Performs background checks for all the shortlisted applicants.
-Maintains employee records and ensures that information is consistent with
the HR database and other HR tools like pre-employment requirements.
-Submits and validates new hire bank forms to partner banks within the
timeline. Monitors the release of ATM Cards.
-Prepares the employment contract for new hires and renewal of contracts
of the existing employees.
-Facilitates orientation of the new hires.
-Endorsement of new hires to HR Data management
-Submit Establishment Employment Report to DOLE.
