Profile Description

As a Project Officer, I am responsible for the development and operationalization of the program strategy through the implementation and coordination of programs/projects in the assigned area. I coordinate project updates to the donor and to the beneficiaries as well as with the team. Project implementation includes urban poor empowerment for them to have a high level of participation and for them to have a sense of ownership regarding the projects awarded to them.
The job also enhanced my knowledge and skills in technical writing and in communicating with different kinds of people in the society. The job requires writing project proposals, project updates and project recommendation. This also includes encoding and updating of database to measure the impact of the projects to the community and how it contributes to the achievement of the team's target.
