Profile Description
I am a regional sales manager handling Visayas and Mindanao territories. My job includes setting annual sales goals for individual sales representative. Also, establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the sales team. As a sales manager I develop sales strategies across all territories and monitor effective implementation of activities each territory.
One of my important roles as a regional sales manager is to motivate people to make them effective sales people, boost their morale. Rewarding sales people for great sales output will build stronger loyalty to the company. I greatly believe motivated people produces great sales.
