Profile Description
My primary obligation as shift supervisor is to take charged all the processes and personnel involved in the manufacturing or production of raw or brown sugar.
I had been also a shift supervisor reliever of the refinery department wherein, I relieved the shift supervisor in taking charge of all the processes and personnel involved in the production of refined or white sugar.
Furthermore, I had been a technical staff of our department and have knowledge in computer especially on excel, word and power point.
I am a member of the Food Safety Team in our company.
We established all the requirements of the Food Safety standards which make our company ISO 22002 Certified at present. I know what is HACCP and GMP and how to apply it in the workplace.
