Profile Description

I worked as a Certified Medical Coder for Risk Adjustment and HEDIS Project fromUpgrade to see actual info. I also started working as a Quality Assurance Specialist from February 2020 until November 2021. I review charts and code the diagnoses based on the project and company guidelines. I am knowledgeable in using the 3M application online as well as the ICD10 CM Upgrade to see actual info addition, I was also under the CBP, MRP, TRC, and COA measures for HEDIS project. As an auditor, I review the charts and check the codes assigned by the coders and amend the codes as appropriate. I also provide feedback to the coders and participate in the discussion of updates and changes in Risk Adjustment guidelines.

Also, I worked as an online editor in a Korean company for almost three years. I edit the English essays of Korean students based on the standards of North American English. I evaluate and provide comments for further improvement. I can type 50-60 wpm. I am knowledgeable in using the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Lastly, I  worked as a nurse for more than two years in a polyclinic in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through my experience abroad, my nursing skills were honed. I worked in an organized manner while prioritizing the needs of every patient. Moreover, I follow the standards of nursing practice to provide an efficient and effective care to patients especially in an emergency situation.
I am dedicated to do any task given to me, whether related to my profession as a nurse or not. I follow the rules given by my employer in order to meet the company's goal. I can work under pressure and adapt to any change that may occur. I am also willing to be trained and to learn more for my own improvement.
