Profile Description

I excel in Customer Service, making sure the customer receives excellent service beyond their expectations. I have handled a medical account, providing Durable Medical Equipment through the customer's insurance and it has enriched my skills in handling critical and difficult customers, most are elderly, not just to hear what they are saying but to carefully listen to their needs. From the time they call in to place their order, getting their information, calling on their doctor's offices and explaining what we need to help the customer who is their patient. It involves following up on documents needed, I was engaged in every account that I handled, finding ways to have the order completed until the delivery of the equipment they ordered. Previously i also handled a chat support possiton.
