Based on my past working experience, I earned the skills of using different systems/programs, specifically payroll systems. I also acquired the knowledge on how to use an accounting system, Quickbooks version 2010. I am organized and meet deadlines on time. I also deal with different customers/client when it comes to Accounts Receivables and Payables. In my first employer, I prepare the billings of handled clients and on my second job I'm the one who checks and approves it, making sure it is also sent on time.The most exciting and creative Microsoft Office for me is Excel. But I'm also efficient with Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. I've done different financial proposals that my previous employer used for the government bids. I was also responsible for check/ cash disbursements and maintaining the cash flows of the company. I am self-motivated and like to make sure things to do must be done first before pleasure. I want to be in a long-term and stable job wherein both parties are satisfied and grow together.
