My core competencies evolves on the era of the 21st century. The needs of the marketing world and the technology that goes with it.
I’m very much dynamic & motivated, a capability that most of the employers look for in an applicant, knowing in myself that I’m active & always on the go, not only in the workplace, but also on my personal life.
I’m a team builder & have a persona on organizational leadership. I could say I’m a team builder because I have been in the Editorial Team of my School organ, Southville Foreign University's The Bridge, since it started. I was one of the pioneer members & earned my position as an Assistant Editor, not because I’m a school icon, but because I could handle the team if our Editor is on leave.
I’m tenacious & passionate. Having both characteristic is hard to attain, but for me it’s just the same. I have known myself to be determined & firm in every single thing that I do. Not only should I be able to pass it on time, but to do it right & with style. And to be able to achieve that, you have to be passionate in what you’re doing. You just don’t do it for money; you have to do it by heart & by mind.
I have an exceptional ability in Public Relations, because my Mom raised me so. I have dealt with different kind of people because of our past RTW business. During weekends I would help my mom retailing in our boutique in Makati & in Cubao. I grew up dealing with people at a very young age. At the age 16, I became a working student and worked part-time at Wendy’s Greenbelt. At age 17, I worked at The Travelling World of Coca-Cola held at World Trade Center, Manila for 2 months. And when I graduated College I landed my first real job as a Marketing Executive in Nippon Philippines Inc., Makati. Those work experiences made me realize that I’m a people person and I love doing it. That interacting with other people is my forte.
Lastly, I’m willing & able. I’m willing to work & learn new things. I’m able to be under pressure & create a new sense of being. So if ever asked if your company would want to hire me?-- YES, I DO BELIEVE SO.
