Greetings,
My name is Cy Mijares.
I was born in the Philippines and raised in California.
I spent my entire life since the age of five on the West Coast and recently have been living and working in the Philippines.
I have started in the BPO industry in 2003 as an agent in Cyber City Teleservices Limited in Clark, Pampanga. In my three-year stay in Cyber City, I have been promoted to communications trainer, expanded to corporate and products training, coordinating with clients and their demands. Then in the next year was involved in quality and training
enhancement.
I was also immersed in recruitment and hiring efforts as part of the training and quality department. Involved in the Distance Learning team, I was also able to travel the country, recruiting and training promising candidates that we hired in Cyber City throughout the Philippines. In relation to the Distance Learning team, I also contributed to training some affiliate government agencies that were involved in ushering and understanding the BPO industry in the Philippines.
Now I occasionally offer my services for consultation for Call
Center curriculum ideas and module making.
Within that time I have also maintained my position and skill as a English as a second language tutor for 8 years.
