My career in the BPO industry started right after I graduated college.
The last position I held was Team Lead in a call center.
I started as a customer service representative and was promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst before I became a Team Lead.
My previous work experiences equipped me with the skills such as data entry and analysis, reports generations, process improvements using different methodologies like Six Sigma, employee relations and team management.
Currently, I am looking for data entry, typing, administrative, clerical and virtual assistance jobs as a start of being a freelancer.
I am also interested in doing customer-service-focused tasks which is my forte.
I am very efficient in using MS Office applications, above average typing skills and have keen attention to details.
I also have experience in teaching.
