I look for ways to improve processes, spot what needs attention, and take action to help everything move more efficiently.O is for Organized - I’m all about making things easier for the team. From using Asana to track tasks, to working in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace. I love keeping things clear and structured. I also handle tools like RingCentral for scheduling calls and managing communication.On the creative side, I’m comfortable with video editing using CapCut and Sony Vegas, and I’ve started learning Adobe Premiere Pro too. I also know the basics of Photoshop and Canva, which helps a lot for quick graphics or simple designs.

I have 4 years of experience working in the BPO industry and an
additional of 3 years working remotely as a Virtual Assistant. I've
worked with a lot of different clients from the US, Canada, and
Australia.
