I have been working as an administrative assistant for 7 years to present in our company but I am a nurse by profession =)
I am also currently taking a short course of Bookkeeping to further my knowledge in my field since I am a nursing graduate.
We are a medium sized corporation and with only 3 employees in the management side. With this, I assure you that I am a hardworking employee and can work with minimal supervision. It is with pride that our management trained me to be efficient and prompt with my work.
I am responsible for all the expenses with our company, release of checks, salary of our employees, bank transactions, accounts payable and receivable, government mandated benefits and any other tasks that our supervisors need to be done.
I am a Word and Excel expert user and also a fast learner.
I have my own internet and computer.
