I can say that I am good in handling customers problems or inquiries. I can speak English fluently with an american accent. I'm also good in power point, excel and word. I have experiences in large call centers in the Philippines and as a matter of fact, I just finished an online job recently which pertains in handling Australian clients. I manage time effectively and I can finish my tasks on o before deadlines. I am flexible with my working hours, I can work in different shifts. I am confident to say that I am an awesome employee.
