I've had years of experience working for clients in the US and Australia as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Specialist, which constantly honed my skills in communication, organization and multitasking.
My job required me to be computer and internet-savvy, not to mention learning new computer programs or tools every now and then. I communicate to customers with empathy, positivity and with utmost patience.
I also have experience in being an E-commerce marketing assistant, some of my tasks includes:

In other days, I enjoy taking midnight snacks while watching Sex and the City series marathons :) and of course, being supermom to my three adorable daughters.
