Hi! My name is ---------- , and I am a Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant with more than a year of experience in the field. I am a registered nurse from the Philippines and have studied doctor of medicine for two years.  I am known for my positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. 


In my previous role as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, I specialized in medical scribing, where I meticulously managed clinical documentation across multiple healthcare platforms. My primary responsibilities included accurately transcribing patient encounters, ensuring detailed and clear medical notes that supported seamless communication between healthcare providers. I collaborated closely with physicians and specialists to ensure that all documentation met the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.


In addition to medical scribing, I was responsible for patient scheduling, managing lab and radiology orders, and handling various administrative tasks such as medical billing, prior authorizations, and medication requests. I also contributed to the creation of medical posters, performed data entry, and assisted with psychological assessments, further enhancing the quality of patient support and care coordination.
