I am a college graduate in nursing. I didn't practice nursing due to a certain matter but I indulged myself to be in a different field. I was a call center agent and that improved some skills that I have.
The first one would be communication skills. I am fluent in English and in
our own language which is Tagalog. Being in that field, I encountered a lot of different complex situations that I was able to resolve over the phone.
I have been a call center agent for a year and a half and with this , I have also dealt with new technologies such as computers and I can say that my computer skills is above average.
Dealing with different people over the phone also helped me to improve my customer service skills by selling, explaining a complex matter, understanding customer's problem and attaining not only their needs but also their wants.
