Profile Description

I have been working for a Philippine government agency for almost 16 years. I currently handle procurement and supervise 4 people. My work required me to learn to write in English well. I often represent the office in meetings then draft reports for my superiors.
I also developed above average research skills which enables me to handle complex issues without having to consult my superiors all the time. In other words I can perform under minimal supervision.
