Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a US financial institution on a BPO industry for 5 years. I handled phone contact for 2 years and email contacts for 3 years. My job includes assisting the customer with their account issues, transactions and basic technical issues such as creating button in integrating a website. With all the years that I have rendered on my previous company, I can say that I am a consistent top performer. In line with this, I was awarded as a Top Agent for the year 2012 and consistent recognition during our monthly awarding ceremony.
I sincerely loved and enjoyed working on my previous company but I left because I was given an opportunity to pursue my career as a licensed Nurse. I am currently processing my papers and would like to use this as an avenue to continue to earn for living. Rest assured that my application as a Nurse will not give me hindrance in performing my duties on my online job. Lastly, this is the first time that I am applying for an online job and I am open for any negotiations and or arrangements.
