I have been working at home for four years now as a Sales Support Manager for a Serviced Apartments Company located in Sydney Australia. Our aim is to provide a rewarding experience to our customers by exceeding their expectations through excellence, value, care and quality.

I have managed people and worked on wide range of responsibilities from administration, customer service, oversee the organization's e-commerce business efforts, deal with the enquiries and bid requests sent by companies who wishes to established corporate rates with the Serviced Apartments. I am proficient in Hotel Reservation Management System (RMS), Email Marketing Software (V6 ) and CRM Software (Zoho CRM)
