I have a good background of Office Administration as I have worked as an Assistant Program Manager to an International company handling both Operation and Marketing side. In addition, I was a well-trained and a well-experienced Customer Service Representative which I acquired from a 5-year BPO Industry background. I also worked in an International Publishing company as Project Officer for 3 years. I believeI am competent enough because of the following job responsibilities I had such as:Ensures clients' specifications are followed according to the standard and delivery schedule;Ensures that additional instructions from clients are relayed to the project team;Manages projects and ensures projects are delivered on or before the date specified by clientsConducts meetings on orientation, updates, status and quality related issues;Ensures that the distributed projects and objectives are clearly set and identified;Recognizes achievements of staff and give proper commendations in accordance to performance;Make business or operational decisions based on the available fact, constraints, and probable consequences to profitability and target.
