I joined BPO industry 2009. My first job was a Transcriber. We support US clients. We transcribe their voicemail to text and send it to the recipient's mobile. After 6 months I applied for a Customer Service Representative for Dish Network. We handle billing general inquiry and escalations, minor troubleshooting and service support. A year after I moved to a different company. I was a technical support specialist. Handles technicalities of cable boxes and setting up appointments. After a year I was promoted as team leader. I have a strong background in Customer Satisfaction. First team leader to handle CSAT University Class and part of the pioneer team for CSAT Advocate Project.I attended Root Cause Analysis and Coaching Seminars and Time management Training.
