I've had worked for a businessman
for 2 and half years as a Personal Assistant. My tasked was to encode data in a computer, filling of records and phone handling. After that I transferred to a different company, with similar task but with higher salary. For a change of work environment, I tried and applied in a call center industry. I was then a Customer Service Representative. Process of payment over the phone and assist to customers concern was my task. The experience has taught me to be patient
in dealing with ---------- also helped me deal with different people. To listen to the needs of the angry and upset customer can be hard but quite fulfilling once you get to help them resolve their concerns.
My most recent experience is a virtual assistant were email handling, web research, encoding data using excel spreadsheet were my tasked.
