I've worked in a call center environment for almost 4 years, I've handled inbound, outbound and technical calls. I've also worked as one of the mentors/coach for new hires to help them in becoming excellent agents once they start taking calls.

I am knowledgeable in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation as well as proficient in oral and written communication both in English and Filipino, thus, can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
